Sustainable resources consumption practice implementation in the “Enhancement of living standards/Area based development” (ELS/ABD) project focal communities
The project aims to prepare project proposal for submission to the GEF SGP. The project idea stems from organizing a set of proposal for the sustainable resource consumption in focal communities of the on-going joint EU-UNDP project on enhancement of living standards in vulnerable provinces of Uzbekistan. The EU-UNDP project approached the GEF SGP to see what kind of sustainable resource practices can be introduced in the communities of the project. In order to research the situation and prepare a set of project proposals, a planning project was instigated. The results of the project will be submitted project applications on various thematic topic of the GEF.
