Project objectives:
1. To generate awareness and to sensitize the stakeholders of coastal communities on safeguarding, conserving and regenerating the Salvador persica Eco-system.

2. Organizing Training Programs to different stakeholders for building their capacities to develop plant nurseries of Salvador persica

3. To undertake plantation of salvadora persica in the degraded coastal area by raising nurseries at different two locations of coastal belt.

4. To form village level local community groups (LCGs) at seven villages for tree plantation a safeguarding the Salvadoran tree regarding the climate change.

5. To Aware local community groups (LCGs) CSO / NGOs, representatives, Government official, electoral Representatives regarding this through publications, seminars and social mobilization efforts towards climate change.

Activities to be carried out under project:
? Hiring and orientation of staff.
? Establishment of office.
? To conduct the two meeting with stake holders regarding Climate Change.
? To launch awareness promo through FM radio for coastal communities.
? To organize seven training sessions to empower local communities, m groups (LCGs) for propagation of plant nursery in the contest of Climate Change.
? To prepare the training manual in Sindhi and English with the technical support of SAU Tando Jam especially on climate change.
? Select the 2 locations for propagation of plant (Green house shed) nursery with the support of community.
? Prepare the 7 locations for plantation and raise the nursery with the support of community.
? Sign the agreement with the technical experts of SAU Tando Jam for nursery propagation and trainings on climate change.
? Aware the local community groups for the importance of Salvodora Persica tree and on climate change.
? Exposure visit of 7 LCGs local community groups to SAU Tando Jam and other nursery raising institutes.
? Conduct the awareness sessions/meetings regarding safeguarding the Salvadoran plant and climate change in the area.
? Sign the agreement with local pot makers for writing the massage given by SHED on 5000 pitchers.
? To install project board.
? To conduct the District seminar with the 200 participants `stake holders, CBOs, NGOs, Line Department, electoral representatives, Media and community members on climate change and impacts in the area.
? Publication of 5000 brochures on the importance of Salvadora Plant in local language.
? Publication of a book about Salvadora Persica.
? Print of 400 Promotional school begs and general begs with slogans to save environment through Salvadora Persica.
