Project team process activities follow participatory planning make villagers cooperate with project well including training, meeting and implemented project. The village and district authority deal and closely with villagers to support them conduct activities.

The activities of the project are people use to do continue from their parent, it can be permanent job for them indigo, cotton, rattan and banana now they are economic produce as well they can improve the skill better than before.
