The planning grant project aimed at securing professional design for the water tank. Community applied for a full grant whereas NSC sees in its meeting Dec, 9th, 2009 that there should be a professional design for the water tank. Community will hire a professional organization to meet the recommendation of the NSC in order to approve the full grant project under review.
