The GEF Small Grants Programme National Dialogue and Stakeholders Workshop II ? a project that aims to hold a national dialogue and a stakeholders workshop for the GEF Small Grants Programme; it will review lessons learned, best practices and the programme portfolio developed at national level as a mechanism to improve the programme impacts; beneficiaries of this initiative will be the programme as such, grantees, potential project proponents, relevant stakeholders including local administrative authorities, private sector organizations, learning and research agencies, and other civil society organizations;
