Ngarameliwei group comprised of men from Ngetkib and Ngeruluobel villages. The men and women will guide tourists by walking, canoeing, and rafting to demonstrate traditional farming, fishing and gleaning. Knowledge and skills required to construct bamboo rafts and fish traps will be taught by the elders.

Project will generate income through conducting of tours, sale of food and handicrafts/local products.

The ecotour will be integrated into the regular activities of the village and responsibilities will be delegated by the chiefs and leaders of the village.

There will be selections on a 1-on-1 tour guide training by certified guides in the industry (e.g Palau Visitors Bureau). Tour guides will be certified. Project will facilitate the participation young adult males. The group will ensure that young men who have not completed their formal education will be included in the project. The older club members will train the younger members on how to demonstrate indigenous harvesting and preparation of wood and plants for storyboards, throw spears, coconut huskers, coconut bowls, bamboo utensils, bamboo rafts and fish traps.
