Project Development Objectives :
1. To strengthen GEF SGP Indonesia partners in the institutionalization of learning and knowledge management
2. To improve and scale up partners? initiative to higher policy level and to reach out larger direct beneficiaries while ensuring contribution to global environment benefit


Expected Outputs :
1. Synthesis note from regional partners meeting and learning exchanges with recommendation
2. A paper work and map on strategic issues, common ecological and social threats, collective actions (community?s contribution with impact oriented contribution) and recommendations for future actions.
3. A short film or a handbook how community can influence policy development process on biodiversity and climate change.

Activities to be conducted:
1. Facilitating 3-4 partners meeting based on hubs of region (Java, Kalimantan, Sumatra and Small Islands);
2. Facilitating 6 partners meeting for mentoring (organizational strengthening and inter-connectedness for GEF criteria, community agenda and country priority in Biodiversity and mitigation Climate Change);
3. Documentation of lessons learned as expressed and extracted from the process of learning and knowledge exchanges
