Project Development Goals:
To maintain the sustainability of natural forest by conserving the water resources and biodiversity supported by the local potency development


Project Development Objectives:
1. Establishing conservation planning of spring water resources and biodiversity in project site to maintain the sustainability of natural forest
2. Establishing community based planning to increase income of local communities by developing local potency in sustainable manner, such as eco-tourism
3. Establishing community plan for utilization of alternative energy and proper-use technology


Expected Outputs:
1. Existing community based planning regarding code of conduct for spring water and biodiversity conservation
2. Identification of local potency related with opportunities to develop natural forest as an effort to increase income for local community
3. Existing activities planning for community welfare
4. Existing planning to develop alternative energy to support such objectives


Activities to be conducted:
1. Developing planning on:
a. Spring water and biodiversity conservation
b. Activities for additional income for community
c. Potency to develop alternative energy to support main goal
2. Identifying potentials related with natural forest that will be used to develop community welfare
3. Developing monitoring and evaluation plan
