Project Development Goals :
?SUNGAIKU BERSAHABAT KEMBALI? program can contribute benefit, both for community livelihood and ecosystem in Bali.
Project Development Objetives :
1. Improving youth knowledge and understanding regarding Denpasar River Basin biodiversity;
2. Increasing youth skills in identifying river basin biodiversity; plant and animal species; and traditional wisdom in utilizing river vegetation;
3. Conserving river biodiversity through river planting and waste cleaning;
4. Conducting documentation regarding river basin ecosystem;
5. Developing network through web blog to invite participation from members working in river basin issue
Expected Outputs :
1. Existed periodic river water quality data with bio-indicatior method;
2. Identified species and function of river animal and vegetation;
3. Identified traditional wisdom/traditional based regulation in river conservation;
4. Identifed river destruction and pollutant;
5. Existed river documentation in form of film and/or book;
6. Developed web blog for membership network;
7. Organized fundraising to support organization sustainability
Activities to be conducted:
1. Forming of cadres;
2. Training;
3. Monitoring on river water quality in Denpasar;
4. Identifying species and function of river vegetation and animal;
5. Identifying traditional wisdom/traditional based regulation in river conservation;
6. Identifying river destruction and pollutant;
7. River planting and waste cleaning up;
8. Advocacy;
9. Developing documentation;
10. Organizing environmental group;
11. Monitoring and evaluation
