Project Development Goals:
Achieved Sustainable Coastal Conservation and The Improvement of Traditional Fisherman Community Welfare

Project Development Objectives:
1. Improved woman capicity in sustainable coastal management;
2. Increased plant species diversity along Ngalawan Village coastline and riverbank in addition to Mangrove as buffer zone for coastal area and environment attraction
3. Increased household income

Expected Outputs:
1. Increasing community capacity in program implementation
2. Established woman groups in coastal management
3. Existing plant sepcies diversity as coastal buffer zone
4. Existing 3 marine-based culinary product such as Acanthus Volibilis Tea; Acanthus Volibilis Cracker; and Fish Meatball

Activities to be conducted:
1. Capacity building for women in coastal management;
2. Improving coastal environment quality;
3. Increasing Fisherman community Income
