PRODUCCION SOSTENIBLE Y SEGURA DE ARROZ UTILIZANDO EL FRIJOL ABONO (MUCUNA) COMO REGENERADOR DE SUELOS
El objetivo general de este proyecto es el de aumentar la rentabilidad de las parcelas de arroz mediante el mejoramiento de las propiedades físicas y químicas del suelo(aireación, humedad i fijación de nitrógenos y otros), utilizando el frijol abono o abono verde(mucuna); recuperando así la capacidad de producción del suelo y el mejoramiento de la seguridad alimentaria de las familias en la región.
