Project Development Goals/Objectives:

1. Increasing community participation, skill, and ability in conservation of biodiversity
2. Documenting and conserving germ plasma of potential plant as the source of food and medicine, including knowledge and traditional technology in its utilization and management
3. Increasing fair and sustainable community income

Expected Outputs:
1. Existing master plan in natural resource management by community
2. Existing documentation of germ plasma of potential plant as the source of food and medicine, including knowledge and traditional technology in its utilization and management.
3. Implemented activities related with conservation and inline with the utilization
4. Established joint entrepreneur group
5. Developed collective learning media

2. Inventorying and conserving germ plasma of potential plant as the source of food and medicine, including knowledge and traditional technology in its utilization and management

? Intensive:
- Opening booth stand in traditional market
- Collaborating with shops and small stores by applying consignation scheme
? Semi-intensive:
? Conducting seminar on the results and food festival
? Implementing exhibition in local level
? Participating in annual event of Mojokerto Anniversary
? Strengthening working network

Project Participants and/or beneficiaries:
1. Direct :
? 30 women farmers
? 200 communities involved in the project
? Village government

2. Indirect :
? Other nearby villages by having lessons learned and project replication.
? Government of Mojokerto District, Government of East Java Province in terms of increased community welfare that will contribute to local government income and conserved biodiversity and water catchments of Brantas River
? R. Soerjo National Park because the forest will be conserved by the community
