project, being Participatory Natural Resources Management by Indigenous Community in Rotanakiri Province through Development of Community Forestry and Community Based Ecotourism. This project is aiming at protection of 2,371 ha of forest land by provided support to 3 Community Forestry committee members to get an official recognition from Forestry Administration to manage that forest land. They will also address the conservation and sustainable use of natural resources mainly forestry resources in the area under increasing human pressure on those resources by strengthening 45 Community Based Ecotourism committee members to run their business and fairly share the benefit among community members.

Capacity - Building Component
- Project will strengthening capacity of committees to protect the community forestry and 3 resorts. The project will expand the work for adding income to support the family members. - Project will be making good corporations and work close to stakeholder, authority especially with villagers. - This project will help the villagers to have opportunity to earn from tourist. Furthermore, after they can earn, they will take some of their earn to participant in community. - This project will communicating and changing experience with other NGOs and projects.
Significant Participation of Indigenous Peoples
-The project will establish in 3 communities resorts which have 45 management committee indigenous members. The will lead, implement and responsible to each community. -The total beneficiary from the project is, 1809 Indigenous families, 10721 people which 5107 are women. - Community have put their in kind contribution to the project equal to USD$ 4100.
