Planning Stage
1.Within the frameworks of the planned grant it is intended to conduct seminar with the Initiative Group of the Matybulak village and representatives of the local authorities to consider in detail all aspects of the project, define the prioritized measures and appoint the persons in charge. Furthermore it is planned to engage the experts for defining the optimal local strategy subject to the whole complex of problems associated with the climate change adaptation.

4.Expert support is required for developing the optimal local strategy subject to the whole range of issues associated with the adaptation to the climate change and drafting of respective plan of actions.
5.Co-financing sources include the Applicant?s funds, contribution of the local community and a grant provided by GEF SGP
