This project will extend Sri Lanka Nature Forum's (SLNF) work in collaborating with stakeholders to establish a certification body for organic agricultural and forest products. SLNF will establish a district-based inspector pool, a training program for inspectors, international activities and trainings and documentation of local fair trade.

The first stage will be to train a group of people as field inspectors and this group can consist of university personnel, government officials, NGO members and private individuals.
