Each stage of the project has planned to meet the community participation. It comes from the initial stage with the project. The concept of the project derived from the local community. They emphasized the value of Duhudu plant and importance of Duhudu oil. But they have been regretting about inability of getting sound market facilities. The particular Project has planned to fill this gap with its implementation. Then the people who need to fill the gap will involve directly with project activities. Technology of the oil extraction and production of the extraction comes along the ancient period. Traditional .knowledge has accumulated within the local community. Community leaders are prominent participant for the project and they will provide their knowledge and skills for the success of the project out put. The benefits of the project will reach to their account is one of the main expectation of this project designing stage. While the benefits reach to community, their participation will be strengthen. We are going to encourage community members who belong the land with Duhudu plants. Motivate them to conserve it at the same land (in situ conservation). So the community directly participates for the conservation practices as well as the project activities. Many of existing Duhudu plants have already identified by the community leaders. They will provide information to mark the locations accurately for the purposes of project activities. Project sustain with several agricultural activities. Every thing is going to compile around the Duhudu plant conservative practices. During the long period village farmers have been fatigued by the expenses of lot of money for pesticides and chemical fertilizes. Project activities have planned to implement the organic farming practices with framers. Project has design to uplift the economic level of the community. This will come with value added production of Duhudu oil. Duhudu plant propagation, nursery arrangement, growth management, collection of seed and oil extraction are the main steps of these process. This whole process is designed by the project staff and community leaders who had become veteran for ancient Duhudu oil industry. After the primer stage Duhudu seeds supplied by the community and they get economical benefits for their harvest. Gradually the community convert to continuous supplier of the raw material for Duhudu industrial production. Already we have selected a land and which will become a hub of the project location. Project planned to develop the land to fulfill the community need and expectation. And also the development takes the traditional aspects accordingly the village life styles. Similarly it never shows the sophisticate features. Designing of the land development comes with the fully community involvement. The ultimate expectation is develop the land as an integrated model of organic faming farm and energy saving garden. Monitoring and evaluation part has planned to fully open for the community involvement. Monthly progress review meting has arranged to get their ideas and suggestions to improve the project progress. Good comments and suggestions will be severely concentrated. At all times the door opens to keep up the Project transparency. Budget and related activities as well as problems that could be raised with implementation are expected to be discussed openly at the review meeting. We believe that the community participation is mostly depending on the transparency of the project. All over the project scope have given the opportunity to make impressions that the project is belong for the local community and every functioning will be benefited for them.

Project addresses to policy issues which comes with environment, children and women. Species conversation is directly link with bio diversity conservational practices. While conserve the plant without damaging the natural growth and gaining its economical benefits is a good example for the sustainable utility of live resources. Education for all is a famous policy and it clearly says what components should be included under the topic of education. Bio Diversity conservation comes as a prominent component for students curriculum. This project directly addressed to species conservation. As one of the project component is subjected to address for knowledge exchanging programme. The project expects to coordinate students with several schools and universities to exchange their knowledge and experiences and also expect to improve the skills that may help to genuine conservational practices. Women and children come as the most vulnerable group. Similarly women are a significant group with environmental practices. Child education, energy consumption and some other activities like economical management are directly involved with women than the men?s intervention. Our project has planned to address lot of women?s issue 1. Give more chances to make their energetic participation 2. Carefully listen their voice and pay respects their wise suggestions 3. Provide more benefits with home gardening practices 4. Mothers gain the chances to attain for an income generation practices. 5. Enhance their capacity by adding value for their non calculated domestic works Medicinal production and its marketing segment will be addressed with country economic policies. It comes with rural economic development sector and also it will be addressed to the rural poverty reduction segment.
