Achieving sustainable coastal and sea biodiversities in Kampung Nelayan
Project Objectives:
1. Increasing community?s capacity for coastal conservation
2. Increasing quality of biodiversity
3. Increasing fisher folks? income
Expected output:
1. Existing knowledge and skill for conservations
2. Existing protected areas for fish cultivations and all related to it
3. Increased fisher folks? income by cultivating green mussels
4. Implemented mangrove conservation in riverbank areas
Activities to be conducted:
1. Capacity building
a. Training on conservation
b. Exchange study
c. Training on green mussels cultivation
d. Training on marketing
2. Recovering quality of biodiversity
a. Mapping
b. Attaching tuasan (Fish and Green Mussels Cultivation Sites)
c. Arranging mechanism to manage tuasan
d. Workshop to draft local regulation for biodiversity management
e. Public consultation
f. Selecting Bakau (Rhizopora) seeds
g. Planting Bakau (Rhizopora) seeds

a. Selecting and Cultivating green mussels seeds
b. Arranging share profit mechanism
4. Monitoring
a. Monitoring progress on cultivation, mangrove cultivation, develop program
