Main goal:
To increase community welfare within the South Bukit Barisan National Park sites, managed within integrated and sustainability system.

Specific Goals:
? To facilitate detail planning on plantation and forestry issues as a follow up activities from village planning in 3 villages.
? To plan village forest that have been damage by the government company or other exploitation, to make sure it will survive.
? To plant in long-term perspective the unutilized space and short-term food-crops.

Expected Output:
? Grand design of detail planning for follow-up activities both in plantation and forestry within 3 villages, Desa Tebing Rambutan, Desa Sumber Harapan and Desa Muara Dua in Kecamatan Nasal Kabupaten Kaur
? The forming of 7 farmer groups (300 persons) who could get support to develop local crops training.
? Skill building session: management training for 7 farmer groups.
? Variety of seedling for the plantation, crops and forest in Desa Tebing Rambutan
? Contribution of land space or demoplot for planting (plantation, crops, fruits) by each of farmer group members in Desa Tebing Rambutan (total of 100 Ha)
? Contribution of land space for preservation trees (forest) by each of farmer group members in Desa Tebing Rambutan (total of 100 Ha)

Project Activities:
*Three villages detail planning, which covers sustainable farming and heterogenic forest return. Facilitators will help with the discussion and local villager will act as organizers to set up the meetings. Hopefully there will be 100 villagers in every meeting

*Numbers of meetings to facilitate implementation of plantation and forest seedlings in Desa Tebing Rambutan. This pilot project will help provide sees and pioneered in working group to develop other commodities

*Facilitation of plantation and forest planting, which includes preparation of land, planting and maintenance. The activity aimed to explore the unutilized land in their surrounding. This also further strengthen the land condition and water preservation stability.

*Community Organizing, leads by Ulayat facilitator who will guard the process directly in the village, including project presentation and lobby to certain institution related.
