Conservation of first-rate in Belarus the Cheiroptera wintering colony in special nature reserve "Barbastella"
Goal: The goal of the project is to hold the administrative-thematic and protective measures targeted to long term conservation of unique population endangered fauna species in special nature reserve ?Barbastella?
Tasks:
1. Technical research and development of the project on strengthening of main constructive elements and its further usage, installation of necessary protection (gratings, locks, bolts, manholes).
2. Development of scientific recommendation on provision of the necessary biotechnical facilities of wintering premises for 16 kinds of bats .
3. Holding repair works on provision of the necessary biotechnical facilities and protective elements.
4. Development of scientific measures on winter colony monitoring as well tourists, educational and awareness raising measures
5. Development of Reserve management plan.
6. Publishing of informational booklet and holding mass-media informational campaign.
