It is expected that 14 coastal barangays internalized the community-based strategy in coastal resource protection and management; enumerate the important elements of community-based coastal resource management; identified coastal areas and resources in their barangays for protection and sustainable use; and formulate action plan on how to protect and manage their coastal resources.
