Project goal:
Adoption of environmentally friendly technology in agriculture activities
Project objectives:
1.To increase community capability in managing their agriculture land which is friendly to the environment
2.To bring back the fertility of agricultural land
3.To reduce the rate of infertility on agricultural land and avoid it to become critical
4.To reduce the rate of land selling by local community as an impact of economic stressing
5.To conserve agricultural land as well as local biodiversity
6.To provide alternative income generating source
7.To increase community welfare
8.To reduce local community dependency on outside input (inorganic fertilizer etc)
9.To avoid further deterioration rate on water supply
Activities to be carried out under the project :
a)Preliminary survey
b)Program socialization
c)Project planning and designing
d)Trial on simple technology to be applied
e)Nursery center setting
2.Local training and education in the field.
a)Implementation organic farming and maintaining techniques for the farmers
b)Land preparation for plants cultivation;
3.Outreach Approach.
Meetings, Revolving fund, Marketing
4.Technical Assistance.
a)Field training for the farmers
b)Operation and production of alternative income generation activities
