Biodiversity Conservation and Cinnamon Propagation (MINDANAO)
Conservation and protection of the biodiversity of the Subanen's ancestral domain located in Mat. Malindang. Focus of seedling propagation is on the native cinnamon tree species. The project assisted natural regeneration for most of the forest tree species and the cinnamon seedlings production has enhanced present population and has been a part of the livelihood component of the community.

Significant Participation of Indigenous Peoples
Community residents belong to the Subanen indigenous people. The two barangays has a total population of one thousand three hundred thirty-nine, 85% of the inhabitants belong to the indigenous communities SUBANEN Tribe.
Notable Community Participation
Extensive community participation in the identification, design, and implementation of the project. Project activities include the formulation of a community-based resource management plan, nursery establishment, cinnamon propagation, resource inventory, and agro-forestry.
