Coordinate and consult with relevant stakeholders at the island, sub-district and village level regarding the planned implementation of the program to build Wakatobi community food security

Activities
:
Coordination and consultation to stakeholders at the Regency, District and Village levels. The purpose of this activity is to coordinate the implementation of program activities as well as to establish cooperation as partners in the implementation of programs at each target location.

Identifying Location and Program Implementing Partners on Binongko, Tomia and Wangi-Wangi islands

Activities
:

Activities
:
1. Training making proposal for implementing partners in each target village
The purpose of this activity is to increase the capacity of implementing partner institutions in finding the sharpening of systemic issues and preparation of activity proposals.
2. Assistance in making proposals for implementing partners on the islands of Binongko, Tomia and Wangi-Wangi
The purpose of this activity is to assist partner institutions in preparing activity proposals to fit the indicators set by the Strategy Team, the Secretariat Team and the Host Institution and answer the issues that exist in the community in each Location
3. Assessment and delivery of program implementing partner proposals
The purpose of this activity is to establish partners who will become program implementers in each location
4. Improvement and determination of proposals for program implementing partners
The purpose of this activity is to revise the proposal that has been submitted by the implementing partner both from the aspect of the activity or financial proposal.

Activity Indicator 2:

1. Socialization / Workshop program activities for each Island in Binongko, Tomia, and Wangi-wangi

2. Workshops Preparation of assistance, monitoring and evaluation guidelines with program implementing partners

The purpose of this activity is to develop guidelines for the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the programs that will be carried out by partner institutions in each location in accordance with the guidelines set by the Secretariat Team

3. Training documentation of implementing partner program implementation activities in each target village

The purpose of this activity is to increase the capacity of partner institutions in documenting activities.

4. Training for reporting the implementation of implementing partner programs in each target village

The purpose of this activity is to increase the capacity of partner institutions in preparing reports on the implementation of activities.

5. Training on making financial statements of implementing partners on each target island.

The purpose of this activity is to increase the capacity of partner institutions in preparing financial statements for the implementation of activities.

6. Supporting the implementation of implementing partner activities on each target island during the implementation of the program.

The purpose of this activity is to ensure the implementation of partner agency activities in each location in accordance with the program objectives and agreed schedule of activities
