Planning Grant to develop a project entitled "Indigenous Community Management of Shared Resources"
1. The planning grant is to hire a Videographer and to cover related expenses for the formulation of the video proposal (in Ketchi Language) including contacting a variety of stakeholders and villagers by phone, email, personal visits and other means to gain their insight and contributions in the design and development of a project logframe matrix for the video proposal. The planning grant will also fund one Board of Directors and staff planning of video script, and crash course on public speaking and camera tricks for protagonists.

2. C`ac`alenel Car Sa Nima will contract a Videographer and agree on the terms of reference for the formulation of the Video proposal. Videographer will capture insight from all beneficiaries of the project. The Videographer will provide recommendations on video background settings and other technicality that will contribute to the production of the video proposal. The videographer will agree to insert subtitles in English during the duration of the proposal. The videographer will from time to time require to stay in the community so as to work with the stakeholders of the project. Videographer shall consult and meet with CCSN Board of Directors (BoD) and staff as required and shall present a draft Video to CCSN Board of Directors/staff and key stakeholders by 15th September, 2016 and present the final document to CCSN BoD by 30th September, 2016.
