Project Characteristics and Results
Capacity - Building Component
A workshop will be conducted for girls to learn all the techniques of manufacturing salt water aguapé and ground pepper Waurá. Then we will design workshops to decide product labels, packing and preparation for commercialization.
Notable Community Participation
All families from the Piyulaga Waura community will benefit. There will be 30 families totaling more than 500 people. In other villages workshops wont take place, but people who are already familiar with market skills can join us in the local markets.
