Community energy-efficient street lightening project
The main mission of the project is to combat climate change and demonstrate the methods of energy consumption optimization and reduction in Radomyshl of Zhytomyr region. The project is going to introduce new energy-efficient lighting system of street lighting in Radomyshl town; replace conventional light bulbs by energy-efficient lamps in the most important public places; raise public awareness by distributing informational brochures on economic and environmental effects of energy-efficient street lighting system; conduct scientific and statistics research on the effectiveness of the system, namely the determination of energy savings in comparison with the previous volumes of consumption and estimation of the economic effect.
