GOAL
Preparing food self-suffiency sustainability livestock for Diwak Sub village, Merapi, Central Java

OBJECTIVES
Objective 1
: Socialization, workshop and Conducting Meeting with community in Sub Diwak to implemented organic Farming based on organic fertilizer from livestock
Indicators : 1. Existence Food Storage managing
2. Meeting with Diwak Sub Village that will be supporting intensively by PALGUNA
3. Daily Meeting for Food Storage Management (Once in two weeks)
4. Existing Producing and distributing organic fertilizer
5. Food Storage would conducted as field organization
Activities : 1. Meeting the farmers in Diwak Sub village to talk about Food Storage and Creedit Unio
2. Meeting the livestock expert to conducting the Human Resources workshops that related with the program
Objective 2 : Preparing the sustainability livestock program and organic farming
Indicators : 1. The Implementation of Livestock Workshop
2. The Implementation of making cow nutrition
3. Inviting the organic fertilizer
4. Capacity building for community to learning process
5. Existing the demostration plot for ricefield and holticulture
6. Conductiong the organic farming workshop (about the problen in field or marketing)
7. Presence of the harvest for consumption and marketable as organic farming product
Activities : 1. Building the cow stall and the fertilizer maker
2. Conducting the purchasing of cow as a production capital and the tools support program
3. Livestock and organic farming workshop
4. Documentation and publication as learning process with community
5. Involving the community, specially for woman groups
EXPECTED OUTPUTS
1. The starting point for a big concept idea about organic farming and sustainability livestock. And the end of project result would be conducted independently by community
2. Community should have to producing the organic fertilizer independently and they would implemented to organic farming directly in order to reduce the dependency of chemical fertilizer an pesticide
