GOAL
Reduce the waste volume in Denpasar as support to decrease metana gas thay caused by global warming

OBJECTIVES
Objective 1
: Designing the laboratory to waste management as a education and information center for community about the environment knowledge that related waste management issue and climate change
Indicators : 1. Existing One Center of Waste Magament Knowledge (Depo Cemara Sanur Kaja)
2. Existing one of educational media to support the learning process of waste management
Activities : 1. Designing and Building the waste management laboratory in Depo Cemara, Sanur Kaja Village
2. Preparing the supporting educational media that compatible with planning design that will using as waste management laboratory
3. Decorating depo cemara that would be consistent with the waste management laboratory
4. Monitoring and Evaluation
Objective 2 : Preparing the information and knowledge to community about the environmental issue and knowledge, especially waste management and climate change
Indicators : 1. Existing the learning process that compatible with the better of learning media
2. There will be 30 youth people from Seka Truna Truni that will be a educator member who will give the information about Depo Cemara
Activities : 1. Training for the educator member/ knowledge management member in Depo Cemara – The Waste Management Laboratory
2. Introducing Depo Cemara as a waste management laboratory to the school in Depasar and comunity in around Denpasar
3. Organizing the environment event in Depo Cemara
4. Monitoring and Evaluation
EXPECTED OUTPUTS
1. Waste management laboratory will be a central knowledge and information environment about the importance of wate management, start from reduce, reuse to recycle independently
2. From the educational result to schools and community that will visit to Depo Cemara, They would be have the knowledge to more care about the waste management
3. Information about the waste problem should to know to public. If all of people care about their waste, the number of waste that dispose and produce to The Landfills will be reduced
4. Reducing the number of waste volume would be reducing methane gas in the air. Those all would be impact to reduce the greenhouse gas emmisions

Policy Influence
1. Establishment of Policy Bank Trash Head of the village of Sanur Kaja create a new policy contains: 1. Starting February 2015 has established a waste bank in Depo Cemara and has been compiled. The managers consisting of the Women's Group and Tim Depo Cemara. 2. Each Women's Group given Banjar socialization and every member of the Bank shall be the Trash 3. To train which already ready to become members of it can be directly coordinated          with the team in order to be taken Depo Fir lapaknya goods. 2. Policy Program Synergies between groups in the Village The village head set on the implementation of cooperation activities should Fir Depo / synergy with Sekaa Truna-Truni Sanur Kaja and PKK
Project sustainability
1. Program at Depo Cemara highly warranted by the Office of Sanur Kaja village will be sustained. Due to the location of the depot had to get permission from both custom orders and service. 2. The Government of Sanur Kaja village is in need of a waste management to society. 3. Depo Cemara Program provides benefits socially, economically and environmentally. 4. Sanur Kaja village often get various awards for this concept.
