GOAL
In the year 2016, the formation of groups in the village Babahan Organic Farmers can increase the economic income through eco-friendly organic farming and increasing awareness in maintaining agricultural land and water resources in the upstream region in the middle of the acceleration of investment and mass tourism industry in Bali..

OBJECTIVES
Objective 1 : Shaping an organic farmer groups in the village Babahan, as a place of learning with farmers in enhancing the capacity of farmers and farming, agriculture toward natural harmony
Indicators : 1. Existence of an organic farmer groups in the village Babahan.
2. Existence of a working plan to develop organic farming groups and environmental conservation
3. Existence of a monthly village meetings
4. Existence the training twice organic fertilizer
5. Existence of one-time workshops on farm continuation
6. Existence of the pilot project as a place to learn organic farmers
7. Existence of two organic farming training and workshops
Activities : 1. Perform mentoring and organization which aims to establish an organic farmer groups in the village Babahan that focus on organic farming. The activity is conducting regular field visits. In the company visit will motivate people to organize and facilitate the establishment and improve its ability to run the organization.
2. Conducting village meetings (discussions) on a regular basis . This activity is a means to educate the public. Talking about the importance of farmer groups as a medium of learning, the importance of maintaining agricultural land in the middle of the fast paced tourism investment, and share information about agriculture .
Providing training to organic fertilizer, and workshops on sustainable agriculture . This activity is carried out together with the people in the village in order to understand the importance of developing a model farm and build a natural harmony with the work plan. Participants consisted of an organic farmer groups to be formed .
Objective 2 : Develop a governance model of sustainable agriculture to increase the economic income of organic farmers' group in the village of Babahanna work together. Participants consisted of an organic farmer groups to be formed.
Indicators : 1. There will organic farm land around 2 hectare
2. The existence of capital for the procurement of rolling stock consisting of 3 cows and 100 ducks.
Activities : 1. Conducting trials in organic farming two hectares of land by organic farmers' group in the village Babahan.
2. Procurement livestock (cattle/duck) to support organic farming groups in the village Babahan.
3. Starting build a cooperative financial institution for organic farmers in the village Babahan.
Objective 3 : Promoting farming activity in Babahan Village to public
Indicators : 1. Presence of the media and the promotion of organic farming Online campaign through social media and the creation of websites or blogs.
2. Presence of 500 brochures or flyers as an offline campaign to introduce and gain market organic farming
3. Existence of one organic farm in the village festival Babahan to promote organic farming and organic farming to sell their harvest.
4. Establishment of a customs agreement memalui model of community-based management in the village Babahan
Activities : 1. Conducting the making of social media and your website or blog to promote organic farming and campaigns.
2. Conducting making brochures for the promotion of organic farming and offline campaigns.
3. Holding one festival with organic farming organic farmer groups in Babahan village after the harvest.
4. FGD and Village Meeting
Objective 4 : Conducting the village agreement to farming governance model based on community
Indicators : 1. The completion of a local draft management agreement

EXPECTED OUTPUTS
1. Expected to provide increased revenue organic farmer groups Babahan village to motivate changes in agricultural patterns village community as a whole and be an example for other farmers or farmer groups.
2. Minimize environmental pollution, especially in agriculture. Increased public awareness to preserve and maintain agricultural land and water resources in the upstream region in the middle of the investment and the tourism industry in Bali.
3. Recognition of local government starts from the village to district, provincial and national.

Participants and/or Project Beneficiaries
Direct : Subak group that has a membership of 28 families. It is expected that 50% of women from 28 households will also be involved in the implementation of the program.
Indirect : Babahan village consists of 4 traditional village, 6 custom banjo, banjo and 6 offices. The population of as many as 3,250 residents Babahan village, with 1,605 men and 1,645 women.

1. Implementation of the project provide encouragement and motivation for farmer groups to continue farming a more healthy and environmentally friendly life so that it can contribute in the preservation of the environment, efforts to maintain agricultural land and water resources there. Necessary assistance that can further enhance the ability of farmers in the farm implement a more healthy and environmentally friendly life, according to the potential that was there. 2. Consistency agriculture with organic methods more healthy and environmentally friendly life into the capital continued to inspire other farmers outside the farmer groups to join the agricultural implement a more healthy and environmentally friendly life. This 3.Project produce red rice from farmers' groups Manik Mas which began to be distributed independently by the groups, so that the sustainability of the project focused on the pattern of distribution and marketing to be important to gradually break the dependency chain of farmer groups to middlemen who are always hogging crops in babahan village.
