Measurement planning potential local coffee industry in more depth in Wae Rebo
OBJECTIVES
Objective : Design of Local Organic Coffee Industry Centers
Indicators : 1. The achievement of the development of society through the cultivation of coffee and There is a business plan that will be agreed upon by the community, coordinated by the IDEAS team in the development potential of Wae Rebo coffee
Activities : 1. Make a visit to some of the residents of the area to Wae Rebo Bajawa to understand the process of cultivating coffee with good quality. This activity is carried out is planned for 3 days. Previous teams IDEAS and approximately 3 Wae Rebo residents will meet Dintor. After that trip for 1 day to Bajawa, for about 3 days the team and residents will learn the process of cultivation of coffee that has a good quality. On the first day, the team will focus on learning and residents on the estate. In the second and third days will be more focused to understand the processing of coffee that has been picked from the garden.

EXPECTED OUTPUT
1. Wae Rebo residents could gain a better knowledge of how the cultivation of coffee with a good quality that could compete in the market, both domestic and foreign.
2. By understanding the new knowledge gained from Bajawa, residents are expected to join the group to share its knowledge to other people, so before given electrical infrastructure of IDEAS Team, residents have been able to add value to the coffee Wae Rebo.

Selected people will participate based on age range because it is related to the regeneration factor.
