the 11 families benefited by the project = 10 women and 1 man directly involved, but the group has increased with the participation of new members of the families in a sporadic way;
Agribusiness built and in full production of umbu derivatives (representing 60% of production), acerola, cashew, Caatinga passion fruit, mango and seriguela;
o New product incorporated into the association's menu - ice creams;
o Production capacity increased by 50% from the purchase of equipment with project resources;
o Now all the production of the community is already done in the agroindustry;
o Presentation of the products in the departments of education, which generated some supply contracts for schools in 2017 and 2018;
o Commercialization of products through the PNAE, fairs and exhibitions, and local commerce, such as the Paulo Afonso airport store.
Contract 2017 with the municipality of Santa Brígida = 3,200 kg of pulps through the PNAE; besides 300kg of direct sale, in fairs and in commercial points;
Contract 2018 with the municipality of Santa Brígida / PNAE = 3,200 kg of pulps and 500kg of fruit ice cream; besides 272 units of 50g of ice cream and 10 kg of fruit pulp for the Pedagogical Days; sale of 300kg of pulp for school feeding in Adustina, BA.
o The community has become a reference in the region and has received five community exchange visits with representatives of communities and professionals from municipalities in several municipalities, such as Jeremoabo and Adustina, and even USP researchers. They report an increase in the self-esteem of the whole community, not only of the direct participants.
o Participation of the association in the Meeting of Articulation with Partners, in Paulo Afonso, in the 1st Cultural Quilombola Fair and in the Municipal Meeting of Rural Women, the latter promoted by ARCAS;
o Capacity building: good food processing practices supported by the COOPERCUC production supervisor for the 11 participants (8h); project management
