Project Characteristics and Results
Gender Focus
30 men and women from two buffer communities will be trained in organizational skills, business management and cooperative development, registered in two community groups and be engaged in green sustainable livelihood activities through improved skills and technical support.
Capacity - Building Component
The Department of Agriculture in partnership with BAS will provide technical assistance for the capacity building of the members of the Santa Rosa Women’s Group Coop in a wide range of subjects including: disease control, proper nutrition, production methodology in free range poultry production.
