Application of Entrepreneurship to Support Up-Scaling and Exit Strategy Community Level Programs Supported GEF-SGP
GOAL :
Contributing to the sustainability of the intervention strategy to ensure the community supported by the GEF-SGP program in Indonesia.

OBJECTIVES
Objective 1 : Identify approaches to be proposed exit strategy for up-scaling of the GEF-SGP Indonesian program.
Indicators : Identified opportunities up-scaling program GEF-SGP Indonesia in programs conducted at partner level, which is known to be still supported or it's time to do a good exit strategy in the form of graduation and exit.
Activities : Desk-study of the exit strategy for the implementation of the models mengumpullkan exit strategy that has been done by various funding agencies in the areas of strengthening economic development community-based natural resource management in a sustainable manner.

Objective 2 : Identifying relevant networks in the development of exit strategies GEF-SGP program.
Indicators : Identification of the various networks of marketing, financial institutions to the specific approaches of each type of financial institution, business partnership in the development of appropriate technologies, as well as program support from the government and private parties.
Activities :
• Field-visit on the potential development of entrepreneurship in order to
exit strategy for partners GEF-SGP in Java.
• Interview the potential for the development of entrepreneurship in the context of the exit strategy of the partners in the GEF-SGP outside Java.

Objective 3 : Proposing the exit criteria will be performed and the indicator of activity.
Indicators : Identification of the conditions of the program partners in determining the level of support to the GEF-SGP program, which will continue to be supported or it's time to do a good exit strategy in the form of graduation and exit.
Activities : • Desk-study of the criteria that can be taken on the basis of an exit strategy which has been implemented by various funding agencies in the areas of strengthening economic development community-based management of natural resources in a sustainable manner, and adapted to the conditions and context of the work of the GEF-SGP partners.

Objective 4 : Identifying the things that must be performed in taking steps to exit and timing that allows.
Indicators : Identification of prerequisites and the steps that must performed from program partners in determining the level of support to the GEF-SGP program, which will continue to be supported or it's time to performed a good exit strategy in the form of graduation and exit.
Activities : • Desk-study on the preparation of an exit to recognize different working conditions and the context of the GEF-SGP partners to ensure that the process does not interfere with exit undertaken initiatives and innovations that have been developed by the community during this.

Objective 5 : Proposed a monitoring and evaluation mechanism in the progression towards the exit.
Indicators : Formulation of the proposed monitoring and evaluation in order to monitor progress towards the exit partners.
Activities : • Desk-study in developing a monitoring and evaluation mechanism based on the concepts and findings of the field exit strategy in preparing the draft proposal for an exit strategy that is integrated with the development of GEF-SGP program.

EXPECTED OUTPUT
1. The existence of scoping for partners GEF-SGP in relation to the potential for developing entrepreneurial strengths based natural resource management on an ongoing basis.
2. Identify exit strategy for GEF partners-SGP
3. Identify development opportunities to the up-scaling program towards the scheme full-scheme.
These results will be included in a document that consists of a maximum of 20 A4 pages is equipped with a maximum of 3 page executive summary and appendixes.
