This project will aim for a number of biodiversity awareness activities, focusing also on the school youth of Paramaribo, showing them different biodiversity movies, publishing a book for the youth on marine biodiversity, publishing a book 'A wild animal belongs in the wild', organizing lectures for the university of Suriname on marine biology.

Notable Community Participation
The grantee has a large number of volunteers supporting its activities, who will all contribute to this project. Also, the schools who will be invited to attend the activities will need to actively participate.
