The main mission of the project is to combat climate change and demonstrate the methods of energy consumption reduction in Krasnodon schools, Lugansk region. The project is going to replace conventional light bulbs by energy-efficient lamps in Krasnodon schools; raise public awareness by distributing informational brochures on economic and environmental effects of energy-efficient lamps; conduct statistics research on the effectiveness of the energy-efficient lamps system, namely the determination of energy savings in comparison with the previous volumes of consumption and estimation of the economic effect; conduct a few information dissemination activities involving more than 300 representatives of local community.
