Improving the efficiency of water usage, and land management in the Rsheedeh area
Improving the efficiency of water usage, and land management in the Rsheedeh area
The project aims to contribute to the sustainability of productive agricultural lands through supporting small projects to the local community that allow planting trees, and building stone walls that will later decrease soil erosion and increase in soil conservation practices in the area.
With the change of rainfall patterns, the local community has reverted to irrigation measures to help keep the agro biodiversity in the area. Therefore, this project will also help in water harvesting practices that will be introduced to aid the conservation of the agro biodiversity.
