Marketing medical, herbal and dry agricultural products
Aiming at increasing the family income for the local community and rural women, the cooperative provides a new source of income of utilizing the organic farming principle to plant herbal and medical plants. This will promote sustainable land management practices and enhance the products’ packaging and quality, which will increase their marketability that will be introduced by new marketing channels through (fair trade).

This project will specifically aim at enhancing the production quality and quantity of the herb factory,
enhancing the shape and packaging of the final product, improving marketing of medicinal plant products, increase the income generation for local rural families, and create new jobs opportunities for rural women.

Project sustainability
The sustainability of this project will be ensured by providing higher income for NGO and local women through increasing production and sales and improving the products: - To implement the project by the NGO follow up from staff and a trained team. - To provide training opportunities for local women. - To increase the income for the NGO and local women through bettering the production and sales and improving the products. - To have regular maintenance for the machines.
Policy Influence
